Fiction Friday 100-Word Challenge: An Alien Abduction, Maybe?

Here is the prompt. I’m setting you up for an epic UFO story, or at least the most epic UFO story you can tell in 100 words.

But maybe we’re not looking at a UFO story here. Perhaps the FOs are not as U as we suspect!

Tell us what’s going on here, either in the comments or at your web home with a link back to us, please. We can’t wait to read your story!

  1. You’d think with a picture for evidence, people would believe. I’m entirely ungrateful to photoshop for throwing credibility out the window. You’d think they would believe that Aunna didn’t leave of her own volition. She’s not ‘missing’; she’s been stolen. Why I wasn’t taken with her eludes me. I’ve asked myself this question and posited unreliable theories to no avail. Every night, I go back to the same place in forest on the edge of the farm. I wait in the thick darkness, hoping one day they’ll come back and I’ll be ready. For Aunna.

  2. The Great General Zod had better things to do than trouble himself with conquering the small blue planet, so he had given his least favourite grandson the mission whilst he continued on toward the centre of the galaxy.
Zod’s expectations were low and he was not the least surprised when a much chastened Sub General Sod returned to the fleet with two empty Invasion Cruisers.
No slaves, no gold, not even precious minerals.
The planet’s Queen had instead imperiously demanded that Sod be the one to pay the tribute.
Thus, on Earth, began the legend of Lovely Rita, Meter Maid!
