This Dean Martin version brings me back to my Italian grandmother’s house. The smells of cooking, the darkening shadows from the Christmas tree lights. The warmth from the kitchen stove. The family talking and yelling. This beautiful melody and words that truly capture God’s spirit never fails to connect me back to my roots.
