It’s Friday! Let’s get groovy, French-style!
This is from the 1967 film “Les Demoiselles de Rochefort” and, yes, that’s Oscar-winner George Chakiris in the orange shirt and tie, dancing and lip-syncing his heart out. Apparently, they dubbed in the singing voices for just about everybody in the film and that includes Gene Kelly (!) who makes an appearance as a love interest for Catherine Deneuve. Ooo-la-la!
