Minty follows the adventures of Araminta “Minty” Ross (aka Harriet Tubman) as she leads runaway slaves to freedom along the Underground Railroad. This fictional account uses the real Minty’s deep faith, passion for liberty, and no nonsense attitude to create an action hero fighting to free the enslaved with her outlaw partner Sam. During a narrow escape from runaway slave hunters, Minty is forced to contend with potential physical capture and with convincing her “passengers” that freedom is the right choice despite the uncertainty that comes with it.
